USA Rower. Certified Personal Trainer. Human Being.

Since I was young, I have been passionate about fitness and physical health. It has led me to accomplish every goal I have ever set for myself, learning extremely valuable lessons along the way.

I've been competitively rowing for the past decade and am currently training towards the 2020 Olympics. It all started in high school when I was living in London and placed 2nd in the country in the 1x. From there, I went on to row at Princeton University, where I was on the NCAA team all four years, won the Ivy League Championships multiple times, and was named All-Ivy League in 2014 after my boat set a course record. Go Tigers!

I was on the Junior National Team in the 4x 2009 and 2010, the Under-23 National Team in the 2x in 2014, and coached the Under-23 National Team LW4x in 2015. I have been on the National Team for the past two years; I placed 4th in the LW4x at the 2018 World Championships and will be competing in the LW2- at the 2019 World Championships at the end of the summer.

Last spring, I lost 25 pounds in two months to switch to the lightweight division. After years of purposefully gaining weight and putting on muscle mass, I put my knowledge to the test to try to lose weight effectively- and it worked! I placed fourth in the country at my first race in the 1x and went on to make the USA Senior National Team in the LW4x. It wasn't easy, but I now know what it takes to drastically transform my body to be bigger or smaller and still be able to perform at a high level.

Personal training and fitness coaching is my way of sharing all of the knowledge I have accumulated through my successes- and failures- with you. Whether you want to bulk up, slim down, or develop better habits, I have the personal experience needed to guide you to where you want to be.
